Website requests
When you visit a page, Vercel processes technical request data needed to serve and protect the site. This can include your IP address, requested page, browser information and a country code derived from your connection. We use the country code only to choose a language at the root URL. We do not run a separate analytics or advertising script on this site.
Language preference
If you choose a language in the menu, the site saves only its language code in the rocky_locale cookie for one year. The cookie is used to remember your choice. You can remove it through your browser settings. Without a saved choice, the root URL uses Vercel’s country code; for countries with several relevant languages, it also checks the browser’s language preference.
Downloads and external services
Software downloads are served from rockysoft-disk.oss-cn-hangzhou.aliyuncs.com. Opening a download link connects your browser to that service, which receives the technical data needed to deliver the file. The downloadable applications may have separate data practices; this notice covers this website.
Messages you send us
If you email support, we use your address and the information you provide to answer your request. We do not keep a separate support archive and delete messages after the request is handled, unless retention is required by law.
Storage and service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel. We do not maintain our own visitor log database. Vercel may retain operational request and runtime logs under its platform policies; its current documentation says runtime logs are retained for three days. Vercel and the download host may process data in other countries. We use request information to provide and secure the site, and support messages to respond to you.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, or make a complaint to a data protection authority. Contact rockysoftcn@gmail.com to make a request. We may update this notice when the website or its providers change.
